The Miller Springs Nature Center is a research and natural preserve park designed to lightly impact its environment via light building materials. Based on the concept of "Respect Through Contrast" the center seeks to distinguish itself from the surroundings by contrasting building materials and using passive cooling technology to assist environmental controls.
